संघे शक्ति कलियुगे- अर्थात् ः-कलियुग में शक्ति संगठन मे है। अतः इस पॉराणिक
मूल सिद्धान्त के
आधारभूत हमारी संस्था ने इसी
सिद्धान
को अपनाते हुऐ तीन
'स्' को अधिमान दिया है व

वर्ष 1992 से संस्था श्री शिवरात्रि एवं उत्सव कमेटी(रजि.) होशियारपुर
सक्रिय हैं।संस्था एक परिवार हैं, इस का अपना सविधान है। संस्था स्दस्य
चरित्रवान, बहुत मेहनती,इमानदार भगवान मे आस्था रखने वाले, मध्यम वर्ग परिवारों
से सम्बन्ध रखने वाले हैं।
Our Organization "Shree Shivratri Avam Utsav Committee [Regd.] has been active since 1992.
The Organization is a family, and has its own constitution. The Committee
Members are of good moral character, utmost hard working, honest and are
reverent in God, and are belonging to middle class families.

We have five motives in our constitution:-
1:-The Organization will celebrate all the festivals of SANATAN DHARAM or co-operate
in these festivals.
2:-The Organization will help the poor according to its power in our society.
Especially the committee will help in the marriage ceremony of the daughter
of some poor parents and in the case of illness according to her power.
3:-The Organization will unite the management societies of the temple situated in city
and her self will act as a bondage to make a UNIT-TIE.
4.The
Organization
will organize pilgrimage as possible.
5.The Organization
will go on trying her best for the social brotherhood and National unity.
